What Does It Mean If An Accommodation Is Labeled 'Available Per Direct'?

If an accommodation is labeled ‘available per direct,’ it means the tenancy agreement starts immediately or on the next business day. It cannot start on a later date because it is not in the landlord’s financial interest to leave the accommodation vacant. While we do not reserve or hold accommodations, you can request a discounted rent from the landlord until your actual move-in date.
