Can You Reserve An Accommodation For Me?

We work on a first-come, first-served basis which means that the first person who signs the rental agreement and meets the financial obligations gets the room. We do not reserve or hold accommodations. However, if the accommodation is available per an earlier date than the date the accommodation has been booked by you, reservation costs will be invoiced to you. The reservation costs are €125 per week for a room, or €325 per week for a self contained accommodation like an apartment or house. Please contact us to inquire about the possibilities.

E.G: I signed a contract with the starting date of 1 November but I will not check-in until the 1st of January. How much will I be paying? 1 November until 31 December = 9 weeks x 125EUR per week = 1125 EUR in total 💁‍♀️.

Kindly note that when calculating the weeks, the results will always be rounded up.

E.G: 27 days divided by 7 = 4 weeks.
