Is A Proof Of Payment Sufficient To Arrange The Check-In?

Yes, but only if we received the payment before the check-in.

We can schedule the check-in, but if the payment is not on our bank account at the moment of your check-in, then we cannot proceed with the check-in process and we are obliged to charge you with a no-show fee. Preferably we wait with scheduling a check-in until we have received the payment, to prevent leaving you in front of closed doors after travelling. Student Housing The Hague will lay the choice in your hands of whether or not you want to wait.
