What Happens To My Mail That Arrived At The Accommodation When I Already Checked Out?

We can send you your mail, upon request.

You can fill in a form to request that we send you your mail that arrives at the accommodation. If we stumble upon your mail, we will collect it and let you know via email.

Please kindly note the following:

• We need your consent to collect and send your mail before the end of your contract.
• We only send postal mail, no advertising magazines or folders.
• We can send your mail to your home address, if we need to send your mail abroad, there may be additional shipping costs involved.
• We collect and send your mail for a maximum period of three months.
