Q: What Is Included In The Rate?

The prices mentioned on our website are all including service costs (like furniture) and flat rate - unless indicated otherwise - based on a stay of one year. The price consists of the flat rate, furniture and service costs. It is forbidden to rent out with a fixed all-in rental price. It is not allowed by law for agencies and landlords to make a profit on utility costs, as we try to be as transparent as possible, we have separated these costs. Q: Do I Need To Pay Agency Fees?

We do not charge you any agency fees for listings that are on our website. If you want to book an accommodation, you fill in an application form, sign the contract, pay the deposit, and it is all yours. After you've filled in the application form, we will ask for an one-time payment which is collected on behalf of the landlord. The deposit will be reimbursed after your stay if everything is in order. More information regarding the deposit can be found here
