Is a Check-In Necessary?

We are legally obligated to perform a Check-In. We show you the accommodation and explain everything you need to know about the accommodation. This is an opportunity to register the state of the accommodation before the tenant moves in. We take notes if everything is present, is working and if there aren't any problems. If there is a problem regarding the accommodation: We will try to resolve this right away, or if that cannot be done, as soon as possible. You will also receive the keys from us at the Check-In.

Furthermore, it is not allowed to enter the accommodation without a Check-In inspection.

Is A Pre-Check-Out Mandatory?

Accepted Answer

No, a pre-check-out is not mandatory. However, it is in your best interest to do one. We will inspect the accommodation and give you tips and guidance on what needs to be done before checking out.

If you are sure that you do not need a pre-check-out because you kept everything tidy and clean, you can request only to have the check-out.

Do I Need To Pay Agency Fees?

We do not charge you any agency fees for listings that are on our website.

If you want to book an accommodation, you fill in an application form, sign the contract, pay the deposit, and it is all yours. After you've filled in the application form, we will ask for an one-time payment which is collected on behalf of the landlord.

The deposit will be reimbursed after your stay if everything is in order.
